Design of the Year 2015 Nomination | Paul Fuog
Paul Fuog, one half of U-P (the team behind Fashion & Performance and 1914 Now exhibition and graphic design) has been nominated for Design of the Year 2015 by the Design Museum London, for his project - Field Experiments. The on-going project is a collaboration between Fuog and US US designer Benjamin Harris Bryant and Canadian designer Karim Charlebois-Zariffa, which focuses on cross-cultural collaborations with traditional craft practitioners.
The group's inaugural undertaking, Field Experiments: Indonesia, saw the collective work with craftspeople from a farming community outside Ubud in Bali. The project will be on show at the Design Museum London until August 23. Category winners will be announced on May 4, with an overall winner revealed on June 4.
