Regenerated Towns In Regenerated Nature
Regenerated Towns In Regenerated Nature is a festival of exhibitions, discussions, and community events in the West Wimmera from Friday 14th of November. It is the outcome of a research project that is currently being undertaken in partnership between RMIT University - School of Architecture and Design and the West Wimmera Shire Council, with other various supporting organisations.
The exhibitions explore urban, architectural and landscape projects in West Wimmera, Victoria, integrated with environmental rehabilitation activities that are part of Habitat 141 project and related restoration visions. These urban investigations put forward ideas for sustainable spaces and activities in a region that is envisaged as a connected and interrelated territorial network.
Industry and Community Partners: West Wimmera Shire Council, Kowree Farm Tree Group, The Border Inn Hotel, Red Tail Gallery
