Join our Volunteer Program as part of The Future is Here!

Apply now to participate in RMIT Design Hub’s Volunteer program as part of The Future is Here, an exhibition from the Design Museum, London. Volunteers play an important role at the Design Hub. Volunteers are the public face of our building and assist with the day-to-day running of our public spaces. Volunteers at the Design Hub will gain valuable skills, develop new networks and gain new knowledge into a broad range of design fields.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
» Greet visitors and provide directions
» Provide visitors with information about the Design Hub and The Future is Here
» Gallery sitting and security; protecting works from incorrect handling, theft and vandalism
» Maintenance of the presentation of public spaces
» General event operations support (some out of hours)
» Other relevant tasks as directed by Design Hub Staff

REQUIREMENTS:
1 x 4 hour shift per week for the duration of The Future is Here (Tuesday - Saturday), 28 August - 11 October 2014
